What is included in the Personal Training Program?

Your personal training program includes:
- A complete fitness analysis- We will look at your current condition and discuss your goals.
- A specifically designed plan to make your fitness goals a reality.
- An education to last a lifetime. We want you to be able to go out on your own after your program is complete and keep making progress.
- Periodic fitness progress reports to objectively show you just how far you have come in your physical transformation.
- On going email and phone support is available to help keep you on track.

Choose the option that's best for you:
Single Session - $50
8 Session Program - $400 ($50 per session)
Eight sessions with a personal trainer is a great start. You will be well on your way to a new, healthier you!
12 Session Program - $540 ($45 per session)
Twelve sessions with your trainer will not only get you started and up to speed faster, but you'll also see better results and faster!
16 Session Program - $640 ($40 per session)
This program is for those that are ready to leave their old body behind and discover a whole new world of health and fitness.
